Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Monitor and operate production processes on the shop floor and HMI/PLC systems to ensure safe and continuous plant operations.
• Comply with all safety, health, environmental, quality, and food safety standards, including cGMP, HACCP, EHS, and relevant ISO/FSSC requirements.
• Actively participate in safety programs, trainings, emergency drills, and hazard identification activities, and report any unsafe conditions or malfunctions.
• Operate, control, and troubleshoot plant equipment using PCS, PLC, SCADA systems, and direct shop floor support as required.
• Respond promptly to process deviations and equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Accurately record process parameters, production data, and shift activities in accordance with approved work instructions.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, and sanitation of the plant and assigned areas.
• Coordinate effectively with field operators, upstream/downstream teams, supervisors, and maintenance to ensure smooth shift handovers and process alignment.
• Support continuous learning by developing multi‑skill capabilities, promoting positive behaviors, and training or guiding new Process Operators.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Degree qualification in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations within chemical or food additive plants (preferred).
• Proven experience working with production control systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment, able to work in shifts.
• Basic knowledge of quality control procedures, processing equipment, and plant utilities.
• Ability to read and interpret process flow diagrams (PFDs) and standard operating/work instructions.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry, reporting, and system navigation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
