Fleet Subcontract Management (SPX Express)

About the Role

Work with SPX Express to manage and coordinate relationships with 10–20 fleet subcontractors, serving as the main contact between subcontractors and internal teams. Contract, onsite, daily-contractor role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with 10-20 subcontractors and negotiate on behalf of SPX Express.
• Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, addressing issues or concerns between subcontractors and internal teams and escalating critical issues to seniors when needed.
• Monitor subcontractor performance through regular assessments and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in key account, logistics, supply chain management or related fields.
• Experience working with subcontractors or vendors is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides).
• Can-do attitude; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
