About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Frontend Developer to join our team in Thailand. You will work on core development teams building a proprietary React-based framework and a new project using the Astro framework to deliver white-label websites, focusing on scalability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop features and deliver tasks according to deadlines; estimate development time and log time in Jira.
• Test implemented tasks on necessary devices and popular browsers to prevent production incidents.
• Define, adjust and improve team coding standards and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Perform and mentor others in code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Suggest and execute refactoring with scalability and stability in mind.
• Measure and improve application performance using profiling tools and techniques.
• Document project code and architecture at all necessary levels.
• Handle complex incidents according to defined SLAs and project processes.
• Work autonomously from concept to delivery and collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, testing and support teams.
• Share knowledge, recommend tools/libraries/technologies, and participate in daily team meetings.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in a similar frontend role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Proven experience creating fast-performing interfaces using frameworks/libraries such as ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS or Stencil.js.
• Understanding of CI/CD deployment procedures and workflows.
• Experience using performance profiling tools and applying performance improvement techniques.
• Proven experience with REST web services and web APIs.
• Knowledge of OOP, data access/management, design patterns and optimization best practices.
• Experience with all stages of the software development lifecycle and working in a Kanban system.
• Good English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for learning, analytical thinking, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, adapt to a fast-changing environment, and openness to feedback.
