About the Role

Responsible for modernizing and transforming learning delivery processes through digitalization, automation, and innovative learning solutions. This role leads the development and implementation of scalable learning solutions, process automation, and engaging bite-sized digital learning experiences, automated to enhance learner experience, improve operational efficiency, and support business capability development.

• Partner with the Head of Learning Delivery to develop, manage, and govern the annual OIC learning calendar, ensuring adequate class availability, optimal utilization of learning resources, and alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate in the selection, qualification, and deployment planning of OIC-certified instructors to ensure consistent delivery quality, instructor readiness, and full compliance with OIC regulations and standards.
• Develop and submit the annual OIC licensing and license renewal plan, covering all learning delivery formats, including classroom, virtual learning, and e-learning. Ensure all learning content is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect the latest regulatory requirements, industry developments, and applicable laws.
• Establish and implement a licensing risk management framework to ensure ongoing compliance with OIC regulations, proactively identify compliance risks, and drive corrective actions where necessary.
• Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
