Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of key strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiate contract terms and conditions, and identify sourcing strategies to maximize cost savings.
• Document, analyze, and summarize information; gather data for financial assessments on key vendors; identify trends related to supplier strategy.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to assist with supplier management and analyze supplier data to understand supplier performance.
• Process purchase orders with suppliers to meet demand and document price and supplier information.
• Work with quality engineers and suppliers to identify quality issues and provide recommendations to resolve them.

Qualifications

• Generally requires Bachelor's degree in appropriate field or local equivalent.

Skills

• Documenting and analyzing supplier and pricing data, preparing information for financial assessments.
• Purchase order processing and supplier coordination.
• Working with cross-functional stakeholders including quality engineers to address supplier quality issues.
