About the Role
The Representative, Medical Sales is responsible for driving sales performance and expanding DKSH's footprint within the healthcare market in Thailand. This role plays a critical part in delivering business growth by engaging key customers and executing effective, budget-aligned sales strategies.
What You Will Deliver
- Achieve agreed sales targets within budget to deliver consistent and measurable revenue performance
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers to maximize selling opportunities and support long-term business growth
- Communicate the features and benefits of responsible products and services clearly and effectively to healthcare professionals, enabling informed purchasing decisions
- Develop and implement sales productivity processes that drive continuous improvement and ensure target achievement
- Monitor and follow up on product deliveries, goods returns, and resolution of incorrect shipments to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate across functions to organize internal operations that meet customer needs and expectations
- Contribute to team and function goals by ensuring objectives are well-defined and clearly communicated across stakeholders
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Science, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or a related field is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry and its commercial landscape
- Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships
