Senior Project Manager (Thailand)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead robotics and automation projects from planning through deployment. In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, oversee project timelines and budgets, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative automation solutions across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex robotics and automation projects, from planning through deployment and customer handover.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and governance frameworks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external customers, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, technical requirements, and business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including Project Engineers, Software, Product, Design, and Operations teams.
• Drive technical and operational decision-making by leveraging a strong understanding of AMR systems, robotics integration, and operational workflows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, including 8+ years delivering robotics, automation, AMR, or AGV projects.
• Proven experience managing external customer relationships and customer-facing project delivery.
• Strong experience leading Project Engineers and cross-functional technical teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, technically complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of robotics systems, automation technologies, software development, and operational workflows.
• Hands-on experience with robotics hardware and software integration.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and structured project planning methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably bachelor's degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in startup, bootstrap, or high-growth environments is highly desirable.
