As an IMS Load Planner, you will be responsible for creating and managing export load plans between factories and overseas distribution centers, coordinating with various teams to ensure timely shipments, and optimizing container utilization. The role requires supply chain experience and strong communication skills.

A DAY IN THE LIFE…
- Create and manage export load plans between factories and overseas distribution centers
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Export teams to ensure on-time shipments
- Monitor stock, shipment status, and resolve issues (e.g. delays, out-of-stock)
- Improve container utilization and shipment efficiency
- Maintain accurate planning data and documentation
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in Supply Planning / Distribution Planning / Logistics
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, especially distribution & load planning
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and planning tools
- Exposure to FMCG environment is an advantage
- Good command of English communication
