ฺBusiness Development Manager - IBM (Hybrid)

About the Role

• Develops business strategies and opportunities with new and/or existing customers to expand existing relationships and develop new relationships.
• Build, position and sell new and advanced solutions, programs, and services; may conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyze the viability of alternative business development opportunities.
• Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial, competitive, sales, marketing, and other information about potential business partners, new markets, products and services, or other business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, business development, or solution sales.
• Successful track record of new business sales with consistent over-achievement against targets.
• Experience driving business growth for IBM Solutions or similar enterprise technology solutions.
• Solid understanding of the IT / Distributor industry.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities in enterprise accounts.
• Work closely with presales and technical teams to design and present solutions; strong competency in building value propositions and positioning proposals.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate across all levels and adapt to varied situations; good communication skills in English.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
