About the Role

This is a remote contract role for a Country Manager responsible for overseeing business operations in a specified country, driving growth, and building strong client relationships. The Country Manager will manage market presence, execute growth strategies, identify new business opportunities, and ensure effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders to align with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business operations and market presence for the assigned country
• Develop and execute growth and go-to-market strategies
• Identify and pursue new business development and partnership opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, including negotiation and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to align local activities with company objectives
• Scale local operations and manage teams or external partners as needed

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking, business strategy development, and market analysis skills
• Experience in leadership roles, team management, and operational scaling
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Knowledge of competitive intelligence, pricing strategy, and retail market trends
• Proficiency in building partnerships and driving business growth
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely across different cultural environments
• Relevant experience in AI, data analytics, or retail tech sectors is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
