About the Role

Service Line / Portfolios: Enterprise Technology & Performance. Location: Bangkok, TH. Onsite. Senior Consultant - Oracle ERP Financials supporting Oracle Cloud Financials and EBS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements, lead business consultation discussions and translate requirements into specification documents for application design and configuration.
• Support UAT testing: investigate issues raised, coordinate with users and developers, and resolve techno-functional queries during UAT.
• Design options and prototypes to present alternatives to clients; set up, document, and test the Oracle system using Oracle methodologies.
• Identify strategies, risks and options and recommend approaches to meet client needs and avoid problems.
• Lead, coach and advise a small project team and manage team performance (depending on project structure).
• Provide subject-matter guidance and training, support delivery teams with implementation support, bug fixes and customer support.
• Continuously grow skills to support business development and stay up to date on industry trends and Oracle features.
• Act as a leader: seek developmental opportunities, share knowledge, build cooperative relationships, align team work to stakeholder goals, influence teams and stakeholders, and promote improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related; CPA or Master’s preferable but not essential.
• At least 8 years of Oracle Financials experience (Oracle Cloud Financials and EBS).
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
• Experience working directly with clients managing full life-cycle projects or large implementations.
• Understanding of end-to-end functionality for Cloud Accounts Payable, Cloud Accounts Receivable, Cloud Assets and Cloud Cash Management.
• Oracle Cloud Certification in Finance modules, preferably General Ledger or Accounting Hub.
• Functional experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud modules, facilitating global design workshops, business process analysis and system integration; ability to produce functional design documents and configure module-specific setups.
• Strong project delivery and problem-solving skills; effective communicator and client-facing consultant.
