Trade Marketing Lead (Healthcare)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans to support business growth and channel performance
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure strong execution across key channels
• Lead customer activation programs, promotions and commercial initiatives to drive sales growth
• Support product launches and develop channel-specific execution plans
• Analyze sales performance, market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor trade spend and evaluate ROI of trade marketing activities
• Develop sales tools, promotional materials and customer engagement programs
• Track business KPIs and recommend actions to improve channel performance
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams on segmentation, targeting and execution priorities
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, Commercial Excellence, Sales Strategy or Marketing
• Experience in Healthcare, Consumer Health, Beauty, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset
• Experience in sales analysis, forecasting and business planning
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Thai is required
• Good command of English

What We Offer

Package: THB 250,000 – 300,000 per month (all-in)
