Cybersecurity Technical Architect (Pre-sales)

About the role

Serve as the technical lead throughout the pre-sales cycle, providing cybersecurity expertise and solution guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand business requirements, security challenges, and technical environments
• Design and architect cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer requirements, industry best practices, and enterprise architecture standards
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and solution briefings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Develop solution proposals, technical documentation, Bill of Materials (BOM), Statements of Work (SOW), and cost estimations
• Lead and manage Proof of Concept (POC) and technical evaluation activities, including solution setup, testing, and validation
• Support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer requirements
• Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and vendor teams to develop winning solution strategies and close business opportunities
• Provide technical consultation and product capability assessments to prospective customers
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity trends, technologies, threats, and industry best practices
• Assist in determining project scope, solution sizing, pricing, and opportunity qualification

About you

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 3 - 8 years of experience in Cybersecurity Presales, Security Consulting, Security Engineering, or Solution Architecture
• Proven experience designing and presenting enterprise cybersecurity solutions
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security architecture, and cybersecurity frameworks
• Experience presenting complex technical concepts to executive, business, and technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
