Senior Product Management - Seller Service (API) , Shopee

About the Role

Shopee — Guide and support enterprise partners through onboarding, integration, and development with Shopee via Open API. Lead communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure each integration’s success.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support enterprise partners through their onboarding, integration, and development journey with Shopee via Open API.
• Lead relevant communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure each integration’s success.
• Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for newly implemented functions, both API-focused and features that impact Open API users.
• Act with urgency and ownership when issues arise regarding integration and connectivity; troubleshoot and communicate effectively with partners to maintain success and high support quality.
• Analyse, align and evaluate business requirements, feasibility and value of feature requests with Thailand business team and regional product teams in Singapore and Shenzhen; deliver comprehensive and accurate Business Requirement Document (BRD).
• Design and generate training and communication materials for internal and external users.
• Drive and own high-level strategic initiatives while being hands-on to execute and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in operations, API/OpenAPI integration to internal or external systems as QA, Product Manager, or Product Owner.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, quick learner, independent and flexible with strong customer focus and sense of ownership.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and execution-focused mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; English speaking is a must to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Postman (or equivalent API tools) and SQL skills are a must.
• E-Commerce or internet industry experience is a plus.
• API integration with AI tools and experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) are a plus.
