About the Role

ADI is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the Internal Backend Operations Finance team in Chonburi (onsite). You will drive factory spending efficiency by blending financial rigor with digital tools, leveraging automation, data visualization, and AI-driven insights to streamline workflows, improve forecast accuracy, and deliver real-time business intelligence to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated financial models for forecasting and budgeting, leveraging predictive analytics and machine learning tools to improve accuracy and reduce manual work.
• Identify, design, and implement process automation (RPA or advanced scripting) for recurring month-end closing tasks and manual journal entries to reduce time-to-report.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and use data-driven storytelling to influence decisions.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) that provide real-time visibility into cost drivers and operational performance.
• Evaluate and implement new financial technologies and cost-saving initiatives by analyzing large datasets to uncover efficiency opportunities.
• Perform complex scenario modeling (make-vs-buy, in-house vs outsource) using automated templates for rapid "what-if" analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CPA, MBA, or Data Analytics certification is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis with interest in financial systems and process improvement.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query / Power Pivot required).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Bonus: basic understanding of automation tools such as Alteryx, Python, or VBA to streamline workflows.
• Analytical mindset with ability to clean, organize, and analyze high-volume data and translate insights for non-financial stakeholders.
