VP - GA Management & Business Quality Assurance

Job Description:

Strategic GA Partnership Management

• Support and reinforce the development of GA’s business plan. Encourage the multi-year plan.
• Conduct joint business plan review on the quarterly, semi-annual basis as the suitability of the GAs
• Monitor and track the GAs performance according to plan, reforecast the see the closing (monthly & Quarterly) identify improvement areas and support the execution of the performance improvement activities
• Regular update on the GA Performance and action performance to the line manager

GA Uplift

• Identify GA skill/competency gap and work with related parties to uplift GA skills, competencies & mindset
• Build the pipeline of GA successor/next generation
• Incubate the potential new GA
• Supervise the open of the new GA and all GA certification and improvement to pass the certification
• Ensure that GA achieve the target size by tier (30 mill, 50 mill, 70 mll & 100 mill GA)
• Encourage the collaborations between GAs to uplift overall agency performance and loyalty

GA Development Team management

• Uplift the GA development team skills and competencies to support the GA development ambition
• Support the GA development activity

GA Quality Assurance

• Supervise the proactive monitoring of the agents/ managers/ GA market conduct and sustainable growth factors
• Lead the investigation of the agents on the compliant cases and the suspicion cases from the quality monitoring
• Representing agency in the market conduct committee
• Maintain and amend the market conduct policies, quality control policies and other related KTAXA Agency policies and guidelines
• Ensure the policies and guidelines are communicated clearly to the GA/MA/Agents
• Participate in LMFCC meeting and follow up on the responsible agenda to close the issues
• Supervise the training/communications on the policies and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Law, or related field
• 10+ years in agency/distribution leadership, business development, or strategic partnership roles.
• Proven success in developing entrepreneurial agency leaders and transforming agency relationships.
• Experience in fostering long-term, high-quality partnerships and managing change.
