Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

About the Role

Own infrastructure & security standards and drive operational excellence to ensure stable, secure, and auditable IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Own Infra service catalog, system ownership (RACI), and day-to-day operations
• Lead Incident, Change, and Problem Management (ITIL-aligned), including SLA & on-call
• Manage configuration, CMDB, assets, and network documentation
• Ensure system reliability, DR readiness (RPO/RTO), and backup testing
• Define and enforce security baseline (IAM/MFA, patching, EDR, firewall, logging)
• Lead Infra team capability, KPIs, vendors, budget, and audit readiness

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in Infrastructure / Network / Security Operations with leadership experience
• Hands-on experience in Incident & Change Management, DR/Backup, and Security controls
• Strong communication skills with management and structured KPI reporting
• Nice to Have: ITIL, Network, Security, Microsoft, or Backup certifications; experience managing multi-site environments and vendors
