Business Strategy & Special Project Intern (GBS) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

About the Role

Global Business Solutions is a marketing solution, including TikTok For Business, that connects companies and brands with audiences to help solve business challenges across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. As a project intern, you will engage in short-term projects to gain practical on-the-job experience and develop skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, media, and e-commerce performance data to extract insights across products and support strategic decision-making, reviews, and reporting.
• Utilize Excel and BI platforms such as Looker Studio and Power BI to create and maintain data dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media and e-commerce, to identify data requirements and deliver performance analyses.
• Identify repetitive manual data tasks and drive process automation to optimize data processing workflows.
• Conduct data quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
• Build and maintain scalable, user-friendly data tools and templates (reports, trackers, evaluation benchmarks) to enable efficient client response.
• Co-drive strategic project(s) that lead to measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's in business, data science, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field; experience or strong interest in data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI); eager to learn and comfortable working with large data sets and multiple stakeholders; self-starter able to manage multiple tasks.
• Preferred: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus; interest in media, e-commerce, or digital platforms; 6 month commitment.
