Telemarketing Executive (Mandarin-Cantonese-English Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Invite guests to attend a personal preview of the onsite sales gallery and offer a discounted Holiday Discovery Package.
• Represent Anantara in a courteous, enthusiastic and diligent manner and ensure invited guests attend a 90 minute sales presentation on the benefits of shared ownership.
• Ensure each guest clearly understands the offer and is qualified to attend the presentation.
• Contact potential guests by telephone to sell a discounted holiday package and make outbound dials at a rate of at least 20 dials per hour to meet efficiency guidelines.
• Follow a scripted presentation to ensure accurate communication and maximize preview presentations booked.
• Employ an empathetic, listening, problem-solving approach to overcome objections and persuade guests to attend the preview presentation.
• Support the customer’s decision to purchase and travel on the Holiday Discovery Package by sharing benefits and reinforcing the fun and rewarding aspects of the package.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of guest qualifications and participation details as set forth by AVC.
• Effectively manage company-assigned leads for maximum conversion to preview presentations.
• Perform clerical or other reasonable duties requested by the Telemarketing Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Mandarin-Cantonese-English speaking.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, including verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as an active team player.
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve and negotiate.
• Professional presentation and role-model behaviour.
• A minimum of one year’s experience in the Shared Ownership selling profession, and/or two years’ experience in the direct selling profession.
• Tertiary or University education desirable but not essential.
