XPONENTIAL is the innovation arm of the Siam Piwat Group, located right next to the Siam BTS in Bangkok. We're the masterminds behind the ONESIAM SUPERAPP and are on a mission to build a kick-ass AI driven SaaS platform that will revolutionize the digital landscape for consumers and business partners, with our office directly at Siam BTS.

Responsibilities

• Build & Apply AI Solutions: Explore, prototype, and implement AI (LLMs) solutions using Google Vertex AI (Gemini) and other leading open-source AI frameworks tailored to real business use cases.
• Engineer Self-Improving Agentic Systems: Design and build autonomous, self-improving Agentic AI workflows using modern SDKs and frameworks, incorporating architectural guardrails and feedback loops to ensure safety, reliability, and continuous learning in production.
• Engineer for Production: Design and develop robust AI, Agentic, and Data solutions using Python, Java, or similar languages, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Translate Business to Technology: Partner closely with Product Owners to convert complex business challenges into effective AI-powered technical solutions.
• Advance the AI Innovation: Continuously research emerging AI, ML, and AI technologies, assessing their potential value and driving adoption where it creates competitive advantage.
• Build AI-powered Data Platforms: Design and maintain an AI-powered marketing platform by integrating behavioral data from multiple sources (e.g., Snowplow), managing data warehouses on BigQuery, and ensuring data quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in Python, Java, or similar languages, with strong proficiency in SQL.
• Strong background in traditional AI and machine learning, with hands-on experience using Generative AI frameworks and libraries demonstrated by building production-grade AI systems in real-world business environments.
• Proven expertise in building self-improving Agentic AI systems using frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI), with a strong grasp of implementing architectural guardrails and safety layers for complex enterprise tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Proven ability to break down complex business problems and design practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information

• Nice to Have: Experience with data warehousing and data pipeline development and large-scale data processing (BigQuery experience is a strong plus).
• Nice to Have: Experience with containerization tools such as Docker.
• Nice to Have: Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
