Payment Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to join our team.

Your scope of responsibilities will include:

• Manage internal payment-related escalations, ensuring timely resolution of queries;
• Partner with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to drive operational improvements and enhance the customer experience;
• Configure PSPs and help optimize site messaging for better customer clarity;
• Work cross-functionally with teams like Customer Support, Risk Operations, Compliance, and the VIP team to resolve payment issues and improve internal processes;
• Review and refine payment policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices;
• Collaborate with the finance team for payment reconciliations and escalate urgent issues when needed;
• Continuously assess and streamline payment journeys to minimize repetitive customer inquiries and maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in iGaming, Risk, Payment operations, banking, or card schemes;
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle high volumes of tasks balancing speed and quality;
• Ability to quickly adapt to new procedures and updated information;
• Flexible approach to working hours - the team operates 24/7 on a rotating shift schedule;
• Intermediate+ English - the primary language of communication within the team;
• Basic Excel skills
