Responsibility
- Pursue collections
- Escalate enquiries to relevant departments
- Ensure that solutions are implemented in a timely manner
- Reconcile Accounts
- Process relevant debt recovery actions for further actions
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ติดตามหนี้ตามลูกหนี้ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ตามติดตามหนี้ตามรอบวางบิลของลูกหนี้ ตามกรอบระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
- รับฟังปัญหาลูกค้าและบริการเพื่อให้ลูกค้าพอใจและจ่ายหนี้
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- คอนเฟริมยอดการชำระ และ invoice ที่ถูกต้อง
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player and also able to work independently
- Strong negotiation skills
- Process driven
- Able to read and write in English
คุณสมบัติ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านเร่งรัดหนี้สินหรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ขั้นต่ำ 1 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ ด้านติดต่อหาลูกค้าหรือคู่ค้า เพื่อเจรจาและทวงถามหนี้
- มีความชอบในงานบริการและการเจรจากับลูกค้า
- มีความขยันและอดทน ซื่อสัตย์ กระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านทวงหนี้เสียจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
