Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle order request for customers and proceed within time frame
• Handle urgent orders and proceed within time frame
• Coordinate and tighten relation with Principal, Customer and Distribution Center to process the temporary delivery note
• Establish good relationship with Principals and Customers
• Ensure that all orders have been completed within a day

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Experienced in order taking with good communication skill
• Familiar with Microsoft Office program as well as the use of office equipment
• Able to work overtime
