About the Company

To enhance the working processes and experiences of the Shopee Business Development team and Sellers by systematically identifying key areas of improvements and anticipating future business requirements.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Management: Oversee both local and regional features, managing the process from conceptualization to release.
• Market Research & Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct thorough research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for feature development.
• Feature Conceptualization & Improvement: Conceptualize new features and improvements to existing ones based on business needs and customer insights.
• Business Impact & Feasibility Evaluation: Assess business impact and evaluate the feasibility of development to ensure successful feature implementation.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with various internal teams, including business development, product, and development teams, to ensure comprehensive solutions and obtain necessary sign-offs.
• Usability Testing & Issue Mitigation: Conduct usability testing and evaluate workarounds to address softblocks and hardblocks.
• Feature Release Coordination: Plan and execute the release of features, ensuring clear communication strategies for smooth deployment.

Qualifications

• Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights to drive decision-making.
• Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to think logically and critically, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Effective communicator, capable of working with various stakeholders across teams to drive results.
• Business Acumen: Knowledge of business operations and processes, particularly between the business development and seller teams.
