Responsibilities

• Manage the testing process to meet/exceed the customers' requirement and commitment
• Manage the lab to achieve the set productivity by means of reducing the testing period
• Minimize the manpower, to maintain good machine performance and others
• Support sales team deliver productivity by means of progressively clarifying the customer requirements, participate in the sales meeting, visit the customers as requested
• Engage/usefully input with the management meeting as required
• Be the leader of lab in the conjunction with higher management for improving the workflow and work process
• Improve the machine performance by maximizing profit
