Finance Manager (Phuket Based)

Office Location : Kamala, Phuket, The Bell Pool Villa Resort
Salary: THB 100,000 – 120,000

We are seeking a hands-on Finance Manager (CPA qualified) to oversee accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance for two growing businesses (The Bell Pool Villa Resort and OTO Kids Park).

Responsibilities

• Oversee full set of accounts and monthly/annual closing
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Manage tax filings (VAT, WHT, CIT, PIT, SSO) in compliance with Thai regulations
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and Revenue Department
• Improve internal controls and accounting processes
• Support directors with financial insights and reporting

Qualifications

• CPA qualified (mandatory)
• 5+ years experience in accounting/finance
• Strong knowledge of Thai tax and compliance
• Multi Branch retail experience
• Fluent in English
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle issues independently
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to take ownership of tasks
• Detail-oriented and reliable
