The Minor Food is one of Asia's largest casual dining and quick-service restaurant companies, with over 1,600 restaurants in 21 countries under brands including The Pizza Company, Swensen's, Sizzler, Dairy Queen, Burger King, Basil Thai Kitchen, The Coffee Club and others. Minor Food operates two manufacturing plants producing specialized cheeses and ice cream for Thai and international markets. Minor Dairy Limited was founded in 1991 with manufacturing facilities in Nakhon Ratchasima province.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Minor Food manufacturing commercial strategies for short- and long-term planning.
• Assist in setting financial targets, develop budgets and monitor performance against budget.
• Acquire new customers and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
• Monitor commercial performance using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Lead, encourage and motivate cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales & Business Development, Supply Chain) to achieve or exceed business plan and budget.
• Create and execute a business plan aligned with brand strategy, focusing on financial and accounting activities to maximize ROI.
• Drive business development with internal and external customers to accelerate growth and seek domestic and overseas expansion.
• Drive new product development from product concept through development, industrialization and launch to meet customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Lead or advise strategic sourcing: develop solutions, scope requirements, identify suppliers, manage selection, negotiate contracts and oversee supplier lifecycle.
• Manage suppliers to ensure best value, delivery schedules and quality.
• Maintain awareness of country and global political, economic and regulatory environments impacting the manufacturing business.
• Oversee research for product development, new product launches and existing product improvements/industrialization for Minor Food product groups.
• Top management responsibilities for Quality Systems: GHP, HACCP, HALAL, ISO9001, FSSC22000, TIS/OHSAS 18001, ISO14001, ISO50001.
• Perform other duties as assigned by SVP - Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' experience in the food industry at management level.
• Extremely strong leadership, drive and management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
• High executive maturity, openness and adaptability.
• Strong communication, analytical, conceptual and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders; service-minded and result-oriented.
• Commercial awareness with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit as a "Total Solution provider"; strong project management skills.
• Good command of English and computer literacy.
• Flexibility to work at different locations as required.
