As Chief Gardener, you will lead a gardening team, overseeing all landscaping schedules and ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of outdoor areas. You'll manage plant health, equipment, and budgets, while guiding your team in horticultural techniques and ensuring safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily work of the gardening team
- Plan and maintain landscaping schedules for gardens, lawns, trees, and plants
- Ensure all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and well-presented
- Monitor plant health and apply appropriate care (watering, fertilizing, pruning, pest control)
- Manage garden tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies
- Control budget and inventory for gardening materials
- Train and guide gardeners on proper horticultural techniques
- Coordinate with other departments for landscaping projects or special events
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Report maintenance issues and propose improvements for landscape design
