HSE Executive

About the Role

Professional Safety, Health, Environment and Security officer in logistics and supply chain or E-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Implement safety compliance with Regional Shopee safety standards/programs in all aspects.
• Implement safety leading KPIs such as safety walk, deep compliance audit and Toolbox Talk programs.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly safety walks.
• Analyze accidents and summarize accident statistics with proposed solutions to eliminate risks/hazards using regional tools and lesson learned sharing.
• Build and train HSE awareness and occupational disease prevention for all employees including Third Party Labor (TPL) and contractors/visitors, and implement train-the-trainer programs.
• Update new health, safety and environment laws, perform HSE legal registration and compliance evaluation.
• Manage material handling equipment (MHE) and traffic management.
• Lead Safety Behaviour Observation program (hazard reporting & safety suggestions) and manage PPE.
• Drive machine safety improvement programs and construction safety management system.
• Manage government reporting, implement risk assessments, safe work procedures, and Management of Change (MOC).
• Run 5S project improvements, emergency response plans and emergency drills.
• Maintain document control system and CAR/PAR system (ISO 45001) and nursing room management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety or related fields.
• 1-5 years of experience in HSE.
• Prefer experience in logistics and supply chain/e-commerce and security.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordinating skills; creative, fast response and proactive.
• Able to write English and design in Canva or similar.
• Have a driving licence.

• ISO 45001, document control and CAR/PAR systems.
• MHE and traffic management, PPE management.
• Risk assessment, safe work procedures and MOC.
• Safety audits, safety walks, incident analysis and government report management.
• Training delivery and train-the-trainer.
