Business Analyst (Tech/AI)

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is passionate about using data to transform businesses by deducing meaningful insights and providing recommendations for change. You will play a critical part in identifying business issues, building proposals, and presenting the solutions to leading clients.

Responsibilities

• Research: understand context of client, industry, and/or technical requirements for pitching presentations and stay updated on the latest Tech/AI/IT advancements, applications, and use cases.
• Problem and approach framing: evaluate business cases, anticipate requirements, dissect problem statements, form hypotheses, and collect and outline requirement specifications into business conceptualization, fit & gap analysis, proposed solutions, functional design, and implementation phases.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality outputs such as presentation slides, solution plans, functional design & specification documents, test reports, and training materials.
• Work closely with Chief Business Officer and Sales team to drive AI project pipeline, or others as assigned.
• Client management: keep smooth and timely communication with clients, collect input, organize meetings and workshops, and manage relationships with C-level and senior executives.
• Internal communication and coordination: work with cross-functional stakeholders (CEO, CBO, CTO, Chief Data Science, Sales, Tech), drive meetings and produce clear summaries, findings and next steps, oversee resources to ensure timely, high-quality pitching presentations, and monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a business analyst or related field; previous experience in Consulting, AI/ML, Startup, or Sales is a huge plus.
• Ability to logically frame large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data into structured visualization, reports, and presentations (analytical, logical, conceptual thinking).
• Ability to present, influence, and communicate with C-level executives and have a customer-centric, service mindset.
• Highly motivated, accountable, with drive to excel and take on new challenges; ability to multitask and manage timelines and resources.
• Advanced English and Thai competencies, both written and oral.
• High competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Skills

• Experience working with Tech/AI projects and translating technical requirements into business solutions.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for reporting and presentation.
