MFG Technical Support Engineer

About the Role

ZWSOFT is looking for a passionate Application Engineer in Bangkok to provide technical support, product demonstrations, and training for our 2D/3D CAD solutions to manufacturing and automotive clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for ZWCAD/ZW3D solutions.
• Deliver professional product demonstrations and technical presentations to corporate clients.
• Handle client inquiries regarding DWG/3D model workflows, file evaluation, and troubleshooting.
• Cooperate with the sales team to analyze customer requirements and recommend cost-effective engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related technical fields.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, AutoCAD).
• Strong technical problem-solving mindset with a proactive, customer-oriented attitude.
• Professional fluency in both English and Thai for technical discussions.
