Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Daily/Weekly report [Stuck, BL pending, Overtime reduce, Throughput of small sort team, MPW optimization, FIFO of aging, etc.].
• Investigate parcel lost and stuck cases.
• Data provider and recommendation for leads/supervisors and stakeholders.
• Handling presentations and meeting with stakeholders and SOC representatives.
• Team Lead action sometimes.

Qualifications

• Good communication to other team.
• Analytical ability - critical and logical thinking and optimization.
• Strong working knowledge of Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Proven working experience in project management.
• Multitasking and prioritizing skills.
• Work with timeline and extra long working hours during campaign.
