As an IT/Cloud Consultant at Kyndryl you will join the Kyndryl Consultant Profession, working with other Kyndryl Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional Technical Subject Matter Experts – presenting unlimited opportunities with unmatched support through our investment in your learning, training, and career growth.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Strong foundation in sales and consulting, with the ability to link technical solutions to business outcomes.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect, Specialist AI Architect, or similar, with deep expertise in designing and delivering modern solutions.
• ITIL certifications or equivalent experience, with strong understanding of service management best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, and Scrum frameworks, with the ability to identify inefficiencies, conduct readiness assessments, and develop strategies to optimize IT and cloud capabilities.
• Recognized subject matter expertise in at least one platform, such as cloud computing, hyperscalers (AWS, Azure), X86, mainframe, or midrange systems.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• TOGAF certification or equivalent experience in enterprise architecture, with the ability to align technology solutions to business strategy.
• Experience working across diverse IT operating models, with demonstrated capability in building, leading, and scaling technical teams to support critical technologies and services.
• Advanced certifications in key technologies within your platform or area of expertise, reflecting strong hands-on technical capability and continuous learning mindset.
• Ability to clearly articulate the impact of technology decisions on security, availability, cost, performance, and capacity, providing informed recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Kanban, SAFe, Scrum), with a focus on delivering value through iterative and collaborative approaches.
• Strong client-facing skills, with proven ability to build trusted relationships, manage expectations, and provide clear communication and advisory support in complex delivery environments.
