EHS Lead (Data Centre)

About the Role

We are looking for an EHS Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering high profile, high value and mission critical major projects. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. This role is critical in ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the construction project.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE programs and policies tailored to data center construction activities
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company standards and policies
• Conduct regular risk assessments and job hazard analyses to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensure all personnel are knowledgeable about safety protocols and procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with HSE standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of HSE experience, with at least 3–5 years in large-scale construction or data centre projects
• Proven experience managing safety in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple contractors
• Strong understanding of MEP, electrical systems, and critical infrastructure safety requirements
