About the Role

The Development Engineer – AI Business will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining AI-driven applications and digital solutions to support enterprise and business initiatives. This role will work closely with solution architects, data engineers, and business teams to deliver scalable and innovative AI products and services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-related applications and backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI and automation solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Integrate APIs, cloud services, databases, and third-party platforms into enterprise applications.
• Support development and deployment of machine learning and AI-based solutions.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and technical solution planning.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability.
• Develop technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD processes for application deployment and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, coding standards, and software development best practices.
• Continuously explore emerging technologies and AI development trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, backend engineering, or application development.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or related technologies.
• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, LLM integrations, or data-driven applications is preferred.
• Knowledge of container technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of software architecture principles and secure coding practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
