• Scope in Manufaturing - MFG4.0 both Bev&Glass
• Identify problems or opportunities in existing processes to support the business strategy, create the project feasibility or continuous improvement solutions,new tools or method. Implementing End-To-End process to uplift the efficiecncy, quality, cost and knowledge managment. Summarize the progress of project - identify, execute and promote the process changes, improvement. Prepare the reports for upper management regarding status of projects, presentation of process improvements, best practices, business cases etc.

Job Description:

Glass - Senior Executive - Project & MFG. 4.0

• Work with cross function team to Identify problems or opportunities in existing processes, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring techniques or process are feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and ensure all improvement projects & Tasks are delivered on-time, achieve the process target or goal wihtin scope.
• Lead and support root cause analysis when plant and equipment issues arise. Suggest corrective and preventative actions and ensure that these are appropriately documented, support implementation to achieve target.
• Facilitate and support for the deployment of new equipments/change processes & technology to provide improved results and involve for commissioing/validation and ongoing operation & maintenance.
• Develop standard procedures/project documentation/knowledge transfer/guidance/training material be practiced and maintained in front lines.To provide training and guide resouce as needed.
• Coach and Supervise team to perform well proejcts and tasks handling to achive per plan and target
• Other assignment ( Urgent Task, Project Study, Learning, etc.)
