Responsibilities

• Partner with department managers and supervisors to assess training needs and define annual learning plans.
• Develop comprehensive training programs covering hard skills (logistics, freight operations, systems) and soft skills (communication, coaching, problem-solving, growth mindset).
• Design structured learning paths for individuals and teams to support continuous development.
• Deliver operational systems training and business process training using effective instructional techniques, both online and in-person.
• Facilitate soft skill training workshops to support team development and leadership readiness.
• Ensure all training activities are accurately recorded and updated in the Learning Management System and monitor/report completion rates.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness and identify improvement actions.
• Develop high-quality training materials consistent with Kuehne+Nagel standards and utilise digital platforms (e.g., myKN, Wiki) to create and maintain learning content.
• Stay up to date with training methodologies and logistics industry developments, research innovative training techniques, and coach employees and supervisors to reinforce learning and drive performance improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of working experience in a team environment supporting collaboration and a positive workplace.
• Clear and effective communication skills for working with colleagues and different teams.
• Ability to solve problems, adapt to changes, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and influence employees at different levels.
• Proficiency in digital learning tools and Learning Management System platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
