Plaza Channel Sales & Marketing Manager

About the Role

Jubilee Diamond is seeking a dynamic and strategic Plaza Channel Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee and drive performance across our shopping mall branches nationwide. The role focuses on retail excellence, sales growth, and luxury brand positioning for Jubilee Diamond's plaza channel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales performance and operations of Jubilee Diamond branches located in shopping malls (Plaza Channel)
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns and mall activations in collaboration with mall management teams
• Strengthen relationships with key shopping mall partners nationwide
• Monitor store KPIs, analyze sales data, and identify growth opportunities
• Lead and support branch managers to ensure service excellence and brand standards
• Coordinate with Marketing, VM, and Operations teams to enhance in-store visibility and customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in luxury or fashion industry
• Strong understanding of shopping mall operations and plaza retail environment
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing multi-branch performance
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Able to travel nationwide when required
