Organizational Development Manager

About the Role

Position: Senior / Organization Development Manager

The objective is to drive high performance organization through various HR solutions development and change implementation, covering areas of job architecture and organization design, performance management, career and culture according to HR strategy and roadmap both in Thailand and overseas business operations.

Responsibilities

• Deploy HR strategy and design a variety of initiatives, projects and programs
• Coordinate with related functions across the organization in developing solutions and drive change for successful implementation with related business units
• Work closely with management to gain direction for project development
• Set up PMO and ensure progress of projects/initiatives
• Conduct related research through various methods to identify problems, analyze and develop HR related solutions to formulate recommendations and action plans
• Support ad-hoc assignments and special projects as requested by Executive management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related field
• Minimum of 8 years experiences in Human Resources, Organization Development, Transformation and/or Consulting Advisory
• Intensive experience in HR solution development and/or change management
• Project management experience and time management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Enjoy working in an agile and collaborative environment
• Able to work independently with related parties with guidance from Team lead
