Customer Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries & customer shipments from booking release to cargo arrival at destination
• Provide professional customer service to meet customer's satisfaction
• Promote and support ZIM's e-commerce products to customers
• Answer incoming customer calls and emails and act as a concierge to guide the customer through its experience with ZIM
• Create and modify export bookings based on customer needs and availability as determined through consultation with the booking tool
• Coordinate solutions to documentation issues for customers
• Field a large volume of incoming calls from ZIM's client base while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Merchant Marine Trade, Business Administration or related fields
• 1-3 years' experience in shipping and logistics business
• Good computer software skill (Excel, Word)
• Good command of English
• Proactive with service-mindedness
• Good communication skills
• New graduates are welcome
