About the Role

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will gain exposure to Binance operations, networking and professional development while working on real projects. Current university students and recent graduates may apply.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Identity and Access Management of back-end operating systems running on the IAM platform.
• Participate in supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Maintain and enhance IAM AIbot functionalities.
• Manage IAM tools and provide functional and business technology support including chat FAQ handling, account management, permission authorization, access review and control, data protection, and risk identification and analysis.
• Support STAP monitoring to review system alerts.
• Continuously evaluate system functionality and suggest improvements based on organizational needs.
• Correlate events across multiple systems to proactively surface and resolve deep, underlying issues.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments from management with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT / Computing related field.
• Direct experience with Identity and Access Management and strong understanding of IAM principles.
• Understanding of security protocols and best practices; familiarity with access control technologies and tools.
• Knowledge of AI workflows, LLMs, vector databases and ElasticSearch; experience with Retrieval-Augmented-Generation (RAG) is a must.
• Proficiency in Python and Django (or similar) and familiarity with AWS, PostgreSQL and Docker.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills; highly flexible and adaptable to change.
• Bilingual English / Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
