职位名称：泰国销售主管 / Position: Thailand Sales Supervisor
招募需求：1人（驻地北榄府） / Location: 1 (base in Samut Prakan)

Responsibilities

• 分销商管理：完成分销商进货及销售的目标，分销商库存管理。 / Distributor management: Achieve sell in and sell out targets for distributors, manage distributor inventory.
• 门店管理：定期巡店，制定产品陈列优化方案、门店库存优化方案、店内广告宣传方案，促销方案，推进分销商实施以上方案。 / Retail store management: Regularly visit stores, develop and implement product display, inventory optimization, in-store advertising and promotional plans with distributors.
• 品牌宣传、市场活动的策划以及实施。 / Brand promotion, planning and implementation of marketing activities.
• 定期整理门店购买世达产品的TOP终端用户，与分销商团队共同拜访跟进，为用户提供产品解决方案，扩大销量。 / Regularly identify top end-users purchasing ATG products; jointly visit and follow up with distributor teams to provide product solutions and increase sales.
• 公司交办的其他工作。 / Other jobs assigned by company.

Qualifications

• 对泰国市场有充分的了解。 / Good knowledge and understanding of Thailand market.
• 五金工具或消费品相似或相关行业为佳。 / Preferably in hand tools or related consumer products industries.
• 有KA卖场销售/商务拓展或市场营销经验为佳。 / Preferably has experience in KA supermarket sales, business development and/or marketing.
• 除泰语外可以熟练使用英文或者中文。 / Good command of English and/or Chinese apart from Thai.
• 良好的电脑技巧，熟练使用Windows/Office软件。 / Good computer skills; Windows/Office applications.
• 自律，成熟，自我驱动，可独立工作。 / Self-disciplined, mature, self-starter and able to work independently.
• 具备良好的开展广告、促销活动的知识和能力。 / Good knowledge and ability to develop and execute impactful A&P (Advertising & Promotion) programs.
