Business Controller

About the Role

Our client, a global food ingredients manufacturer, is seeking a Business Controller to support financial planning, business performance analysis, and cost control across manufacturing operations in Thailand. This newly created role will provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making, improve profitability, and drive operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams to monitor business performance.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and variances and identify opportunities for cost optimization and continuous improvement.
• Develop budgets and forecasts and support financial planning (FP&A).
• Provide management reporting and ensure financial transparency across the business.
• Maintain strong financial controls across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Costing, or Manufacturing Finance; experience within food manufacturing, food ingredients, FMCG, or industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
• Proficiency in English and Thai language fluency.
• Right to work in Thailand.
