POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for managing all the outbound shipments and coordinating with 3PL / warehouse team to fulfill production orders and meet customer demand in a timely manner. Independent and quick thinking in decision making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Planner or Customer Advocate to prepare the shipment according to ship plan.
• Coordinate and work closely with 3PL Warehouse team to identify goods assigned for shipment based on inventory available.
• Ensuring shipments are validated before execution. Assist to generate Delivery Note, Commercial Invoice and other shipping related documents.
• Understand shipping instruction given for each order request in SAP system.
• Coordinates for cargo pick-up arrangement with various or selected freight carriers / forwarders based on the incoterm and keep track shipments movement.
• Understand on each customer requirement and Customs compliance for Export/Import and Bonded shipment.
• Work with 3PL Warehouse team to ensure the correct item is picked based on pull order request.
• Keep monitor and ensure the materials are packed and shipped as per schedule and with the right method.
• Investigates and / or fix any problem arise with respective party either shipment or Warehouse issue.
• Keep detailed records of shipments for KPI report, tracking information & delivery confirmation.
• Coordinate and ensure all the shipping related documents are properly for audit purposes.
• Supervising employees, delegating tasks, and ensuring work is completed effectively.
• Evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement. Ensure team members adhere to company policy, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, import/export, or customs operations.
• Knowledge of Customs regulations, Free Zone laws and regulations, and international shipping procedures.
• Experience working with customs systems and freight forwarding companies
• Familiarity with Incoterms, HS Codes, import/export documentation, and international trade compliance.
• Good understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in manufacturing or Free Zone operations.
• Experience leading logistics improvement initiatives.
• Customs or international trade certifications are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Thai customs laws and regulations, and import/export procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks
• Proficient in English and Thai, both written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensuring compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
