Production Shift Supervisor - Blister, Vick, NFC, Spray

About the role

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Production Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of production targets. This role is key to empowering teams, embedding a continuous improvement mindset, and consistently achieving (and exceeding) quality, cost, and service KPIs.

As a Production Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the routine delivery of operational plans while developing team ownership and accountability. Working closely with the Assistant Production Manager, Maintenance Team Leaders, Manufacturing Technicians, and support functions, you will help maximise productivity, flexibility, and performance across the production area.

Your responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and output targets
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE, GMP, and quality standards
• Manage shift manpower, task allocation, and productivity
• Monitor equipment performance and resolve production issues quickly
• Ensure accurate completion of production and batch documentation
• Coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns, changeovers, and PMs
• Control material usage and minimise waste
• Coach and develop operators to improve skills and flexibility

The experience we're looking for

• Experience as a Production Supervisor in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing environment
• Hands‑on experience leading shop‑floor teams and managing shift performance
• Practical knowledge of GMP processes, equipment operation, changeovers, and documentation
