ICF digitalization execution specialist

About the Role

As digital transformation is crucial for driving profitability and speeding up the business, this role is established to apply digitalization solutions timely and effectively. This role will be accountable for driving digital transformations across IndoChina BU Supply Chain (Agronomy, Manufacturing, LD&T, P&P), ensuring successful global automation initiatives, managing OT infrastructure, providing on-site technical support, and building digitized capabilities through local trainings.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital transformations across IndoChina BU Supply Chain (Agronomy, Manufacturing, LD&T, P&P) by leading local execution with area owner teams.
• Lead digital/automation tool execution and implementation to improve efficiencies and productivity, e.g. real time performance dashboards, predictive maintenance, warehouse automation, smart manufacturing.
• Deliver key global automation initiatives and digital project implementation (e.g. MES, IDF, WMS, DVC) and coordinate with system integrators and Digital Deployment Specialist.
• Identify opportunities and initiate projects for existing control systems and/or expansion of process management systems to improve efficiencies, accuracy, and reliability.
• Manage and maintain healthy OT infrastructure (server, network, LAN, wireless, cybersecurity, PLC) to drive end-to-end supply chain control system improvement.
• Collaborate with IT/OT, R&D, Finance, Control team and internal Supply Chain functions to establish or upgrade OT systems and new digitized technologies.
• Provide on-site technical support in digitalization and OT/IT infrastructure & cyber security across ICF Supply Chain (agro facilities, manufacturing facilities and warehouse facilities).
• Develop local digitized capabilities and deliver trainings across end-to-end Supply Chain organization.
• Perform other assignments as assigned by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering, Information Science or related field; postgraduate preferable.
• More than 5 years' experience in digitalization execution/implementation.
• Good understanding of FMCG food processes.
• Strong IT network system knowledge including TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, WLAN, VLAN, ASA, WLC, RSA, VPN and Cloud technologies.
• Fundamental knowledge of PLC, HMI and automation systems through qualifications and/or experience.
• Good project management skills and experience as a team lead, member or consultant in cross-functional environments.
• Excellent team driver and player; self-starter and self-motivating; able to deal with uncertainty and complexity.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues/solutions to a non-technical audience.
• Good communication in Thai and English.
• Good knowledge and experience in Lean / Six Sigma methodology.
• Be able to travel (domestic and international).
