Affiliate Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented Affiliate Executive to support the execution of our affiliate marketing initiatives. This role focuses on driving traffic, optimizing conversion, and improving performance through effective affiliate acquisition, reactivation, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will contribute to traffic growth, revenue generation, and strategic affiliate partnerships.

Work Location: CAMBODIA

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives to increase new visitor traffic and improve conversion rates (CVR%) through affiliate channels.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as registration counts, first-time deposits (FTD), and average deposits to ensure targets are met.
• Contribute to the acquisition of potential new affiliates, especially SEO-focused partners, to drive quality traffic.
• Support strategies to reactivate dormant affiliates, aiming for consistent monthly engagement improvements.
• Help maintain and improve performance of current affiliate partners through regular support and updates.
• Assist in optimizing key affiliate marketing indicators such as CPD and NGR to support forecast goals.
• Participate in the development of action plans for affiliate growth and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 1 - 4 years of relevant experience.
• iGaming experience is an advantage.
• Effectively organizes tasks to support affiliate acquisition and retention strategies.
• Identifies issues in affiliate performance and proposes actionable solutions.
• Coordinates affiliate-related activities to ensure timely execution.
• Supports longer-term planning to expand and improve the affiliate network.
• Maintains consistent output in affiliate engagement and performance monitoring tasks.
