Responsibilities

• Execute strategic vision and lead major corporate projects and growth strategies, ensuring ideas are executed across the company.
• Optimize properties and venues by maximizing space, improving operational efficiency, and implementing technology to future-proof the estate.
• Study market trends in sports, entertainment, and real estate; build financial models and business cases to evaluate venue expansions or redevelopments.
• Navigate relationships with government agencies and private partners to drive joint initiatives and position the venue as a national landmark.
• Own critical projects end-to-end across operations, finance, and legal; ensure alignment, adherence to schedule, and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a business-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, project management, or management consulting, with a proven track record of leading projects independently.
• Strong knowledge of property management, asset optimization, or large-scale real estate development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and present confidently to C-suite executives and stakeholders.
