Senior Product Manager, KYB

The Central Product Team shapes core platforms and services that support Binance’s global ecosystem, optimizing user interactions and operational efficiency. This role focuses on KYB and compliance-related products.

Responsibilities

• Independently own product strategy and execution for KYB and compliance-related products end to end
• Collaborate with global KYB vendors to build a KYB and verification platform using cutting-edge technology
• Work closely with compliance and operational teams to enable superior KYB onboarding experiences for corporate users
• Coordinate with Product Managers, engineers, and designers to ensure high-quality product delivery
• Prioritize feedback from users and internal stakeholders (compliance, legal, operations, data) and drive the product roadmap
• Define and analyze key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and deploy scalable AI models to streamline the KYB process

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Product Manager
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts
• Experience in building products for international markets
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• User-focused and product-driven mindset; ability to operate under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
• Fluent spoken and written English; Mandarin is a plus
• Familiarity with Blockchain technology or the fin-tech sector is a plus
