Manager-Mechanical (Data Center Operations) - Relocation Provided

DAMAC Digital is the digital infrastructure platform of DAMAC Group, delivering hyperscale, AI-ready data centers across the region. We offer end-to-end exposure across MEP, construction, commissioning, and live operations.

Location: Pathum Thani, Thailand
Terms: Full-time, Permanent
This role is based in Thailand. Relocation support will be provided for non-locals.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of mechanical systems, including HVAC, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and ventilation systems
• Ensure continuous and efficient operation of all mechanical equipment with minimal downtime
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical failures
• Monitor system performance and optimize energy efficiency and sustainability
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and local codes
• Manage mechanical projects, upgrades, and capacity expansions
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost control strategies
• Maintain technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce health & safety procedures
• Lead, mentor, and supervise mechanical engineers and technicians

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 8–10+ years of experience in mechanical operations and maintenance
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or data center environments is preferred
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
